' How do I make sure I order the right size? '

We have a "size guide page" were you can check out what sizes we provide.

 

' When will I receive my order? '

All orders are shipped as standard delivery which take up to 2-4 working days to receive. 

International orders may take longer.

 

' What payment methods do you accept? '

We accept payments through bank transfers & Paypal.

 

' Do you accept returns or exchanges? '

Any unworn and unwashed Abaya can be exchanged within 14 days of purchasing.

we do not provide refunds on any of our Abayat.

 

' I've found an Abaya I like but my size isn't available - do you restock? '

As we run on a first come first serve basis we tend to not restock in the same design.

However, this is based on whether or not the demand of the Abaya is high.
