All orders will be processed within 24 hours of it being placed.

All of our Abayat prices include a U.K standard delivery trackable service.

Once an order has been placed, a tracking number will be provided which then can be used via our website to track.

It will take up to 2-4 working days to receive your order. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For all international orders please contact us through email for a price on the best suitable shipping method available.

Please note that tax charges may apply due to local laws enforced by custom authorities upon arrival.

we do not take any responsibility for delays due to custom clearance as we have no control over this.

Failure to pay for import duties & taxes will result to your order being sent back to us.

If this is the case, we will be charging for re-delivery and any other additional fees.

 

REFUND & EXCHANGE

At A.B we do not provide refunds. However, exchanges are permissible if the Abaya is returned back to us within 14 days of receiving and if the Abaya hasn't been worn and is in a re-sellable condition.
